Basic Membership & Full Club Memberships incur a $49 Enrollment fee for new members, or $20 start up for previous members.​​

*Seniors Rates are for those (65+)

*Couple requires proof of same residence

Student Memberships- Full Club

  • Fall/Winter Semester (August-December) $220+tax

  • Winter/Spring Semester (January-May) $220+tax

  • Summer ( May1-August 20)  $154+tax

  • Winter Break Student Membership 

         *15 Day Membership - $35 +tax
         *30 Day Membership - $48 +tax

Students under the age of 18 need a parents signature in person at NDAC to sign up.
Payment required upon signing contract. Proof of Student ID required.

​Pricing is prorated from the day that you start your membership.

Trainer Guided/Assisted Scans

Book a session HERE with one of our trainers to help interpret your results and provide recommendations on how to achieve your goals. Rates $70/hr. Minimum session is 30 minutes and round up billing to the quarter hour.

Racquetball Court Rental

We have 2 racquetball courts. Members can call to reserve a court up to a week ahead  (319) 351-5683. Non-Members can only reserve a court the day of play.

Usage of our racquetball courts is free for members. Non-Members must pay a daily guest fee of $12 ($7.50 is you come WITH a NDAC Member.)

Locker Rental

Daily Lockers- $.50 (use quarters) lockers are also available in both Men’s & Women’s locker rooms.

We have Small, Medium, Large lockers available to rent. We rent these on a Yearly basis.

Small Locker - $65/yr

Medium Locker - $95/yr

Large Locker - $125/yr

Towel Service

We have towels available for rent. They are $1 each, or we have yearly towel service which gives you convenient access to 2 of each size towel per day.

Annual Towel Service Pricing:

Single- $80

Couple - $115

Family - $140

Steam Room

Relax in our wonderfully refreshing steam room. 

Free for Members, Non Members must pay a Guest Fee.

Sauna

This large 8 person sauna is Free for Members, Non Members must pay a Guest Fee.

Infared Sauna

Our new Infared sauna is quality made with Premium Canadian Red Cedar which is renowned for its durability, beautiful coloring, refreshing aroma and its resistance to rot and mildew. Red cedar has always been the wood of choice for top of the line saunas as it is an excellent heat insulator, has microbial properties that are anti-fungal and oils that aid in detoxification.
