Non-Members: Daily $7.50 guest fee if you are with a member $12 walk in rate.
Punch cards are available: $74.90 for 10 punches, or $44.94 for Seniors 65+​​
Personal & Group Training
If you are looking for more direction in your training and lifting routines, we have a variety of options for you.
We have 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.
Personal Training
Our experienced team of Personal Trainers has the education, certification, and experience to guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey. Your Personal Trainer will work with you to customize a workout program that will fit your specific wants, needs, and goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, train for an event, or just want more energy, an NDAC Personal Trainer will inspire, challenge and most importantly help you Find Your Fit!
Cost: Elite Trainers- $70/session, Personal Trainers $63/session
Group Training
*HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. HIIT sessions usually last around 45 minutes.
*Bootcamp- flexibility, mobility, strength training is all incorporated into each 45 minute session.

Training Staff
Karate
Class will focus on the basic techniques and forms of Shorin –ryu Karate. Classes emphasize a challenging cardiovascular workout and help develop strength, balance, coordination, self-perfection, self-control, focus and situational awareness. Karate can be a lifelong activity that promotes a high level of physical fitness as well as practical self-defense skills.
Time: Tuesdays & Thursday’s 5:45-6:45pm
Price: Members are Free, Non-Members pay a guest fee or can buy a guest pass punchcard of 7 for $52.50.
No Sign-up necessary
Ages: 14+
What to bring/wear: Athletic Clothes. No Shoes or Jewelry.
