Aquatics

Our indoor pool is 25 yards long. 4-5 ft deep. We keep the temperature at a comfortable 84 degrees. We offer a variety of water aerobics classes, have certified swimming instructors for all ages and abilities!

*we do require 24 hours notice of cancellation for lessons in order to not be charged. We know situations occur where you may not know that far in advance you need to cancel, but this IS our POLICY. Thank you.

Water Aerobics classes are included with “Full Club Memberships”, or “One Activity-Aquatics Memberships.” 

Non-Members: Daily $7.50 guest fee if you are with a member $10 walk in rate.

Punch cards are available: $74.90 for 10 punches, or $44.94 for Seniors 65+

Class Descriptions

Aqua Power

This class is designed for a great overall workout. Each class will have a short warm-up followed by 25 minutes of intense cardiovascular work, 5-9 minutes of abdominal and may include some deep water work. Classes also focus on extra upper and lower body strengthening with the use of free weights, water buoys, and noodles.

Joint Effort

This class is very popular with seniors and people that have arthritis, as well as those people desiring a low impact workout. This class offers less impact on joints using a variety of techniques to increase flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as cardio endurance. Joint Effort is fun and challenging for a variety of fitness levels.

Aqua Tabata

This class will really get your heart rate going! Class format will be Interval cardio training with attention to all muscle groups, especially abdominals!

Lap Swim

You must call us to reserve a time for lap swimming. Members can make reservations 1 week in advance for a 1 hour time slot. Members can add up to another hour on their swim time 24 hours in advance. Non-Members can reserve 24 hours in advance for a 1 hour time slot. Non-Members must pay the current guest fee rates.
