Personal & Group Training
If you are looking for more direction in your training and lifting routines, we have a variety of options for you.
We have 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.
Our experienced team of Personal Trainers has the education, certification, and experience to guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey. Your Personal Trainer will work with you to customize a workout program that will fit your specific wants, needs, and goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, train for an event, or just want more energy, an NDAC Personal Trainer will inspire, challenge and most importantly help you Find Your Fit!

Group Training Options
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Our HIIT classes are led by certified personal trainers.
Monthly HIIT Memberships:
Drop in Cost: $10 Members
Monday: 5:30 am, 9:45 am, 5:15 pm
Tuesday: 7:45 am
Wednesday: 5:30 am, 5:15 pm
Thursday: 7:45 am
Friday: 5:30 am, 9:45 am, 5:15 pm
Saturday: no classes
Sunday: 9:45 am
Small Group Lifting
Come 2 or 3 days a week to a small group (2-6) lifting session with a personal trainer. Workouts change monthly to help keep you motivated & to work all muscles differently. Enjoy the experience of working with a trainer in a fun small group atmosphere. Minimum of 2 per group required. Class times to choose from are:
Monday - 6:30 am
Tuesday - 5:30 am
Wednesday - 6:30 am
Thursday - 5:30 am
Group Training Combo
Come to 2 small group training sessions & 2 HIIT 360 classes per week for the perfect combo ($140). Or come to 3 small group training sessions & 1 HIIT 360 class per week for another great combo ($164). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for current Group Training Times.
Senior Small Group Training
If you are a senior (65+) & are interested in working with a personal trainer, then this small group is for you! This group will focus on building strength, working on flexibility & balance.
Times: 8:45 am Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Group Training with Dusty- $10 per class
Enjoy challenging strength workouts with a personal trainer while in a small group setting. Come 2 times per week on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5-6 p.m.
Tuesdays: $10 Members/$10 Non-Members
