Personal & Group Training
If you are looking for more direction in your training and lifting routines, we have a variety of options for you.
We have 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.
Our experienced team of Personal Trainers has the education, certification, and experience to guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey. Your Personal Trainer will work with you to customize a workout program that will fit your specific wants, needs, and goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, train for an event, or just want more energy, an NDAC Personal Trainer will inspire, challenge and most importantly help you Find Your Fit!

Group Training Options
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. HIIT sessions usually last around 45 minutes.

Thursday: 6:30 am
Friday: 5:30 am
Saturday: no classes
Sunday: 9:45 am
Small Group Training
Create your own small groups and work with a trainer.
Pricing will be based on frequency and # of people per session.
