HEART PACING (not currently offered )
An excellent cardio workout based on your own heart rate. This is
the only class where your workout can be measured by a heart rate
monitor. Monitors may be purchased from NDAC. Arrive early and stay
late to keep the calories burning and the heart pumping.
BOOMER & BEYOND CYCLE (not currently offered )
This is a 45 minute class designed for those who are new to cycling, want a shorter ride, or need more options to maintain their health and safety. If you would like our instructor to work with you individually, please arrive early so we can help you get set for your workout. Cycling is a non-impact calorie burning activity which can be safe and effective for most everyone…plus its fun!
SPINNING
Spinning is for anyone who enjoys a group workout with a motivating instructor. All terrain rides with flats, hills and sprints. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Everyone is welcome!

note: Space for these classes is limited. To assure a spot sign up in advance. Arrive for class a little early to set up. Bring a water bottle, dress in close fitting layers, and prepare to sweat….we’ll supply the towels! Please notify the instructor if you are attending for the first time.
