BODYSTEP®
BODYSTEP is a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable
step platform and uplifting music. You can expect to achieve toning
for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, and
upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength. BodyStep
Express-45 min version of a 60 min class…what do we leave
out? Not the sweat, that’s for sure!
CARDIO-CORE
The name says it all! First we burn the calories with simple aerobic
training then we draw on our Pilates background to sculpt and strengthen
the torso. Start your change, continue your program, or simply mix
things up a bit!
CARDIO INTERVAL
The most effective method of training is an interval workout!
We’ll burn some calories with simple cardio moves and then
dive right into strength training. Before you know it, class is
over and you’re on your way to a healthy heart AND a leaner
body! Class will incorporate weights, tubing, jump ropes, Gliders,
steps, and more to create the most complete workout ever! This easy
athletic style class is for everyone.
CARDIO-MIX
If you have loads of energy to expend then this is the class for
you! Simple steps with a POW! Fast moving & sure to sweat choreography;
anything from Hi/Lo to cardio drills can be found here! Options
are always offered, so everybody wins!
PAIN IN THE BUTT CARDIO & ABS
A complete lower body workout with focus on low impact cardio.
We’will use a step for lunging and light free weights for
resistance. Abs and Core afterwards make for one sweaty workout!
ZUMBA

A cardio and strength blast for the conditioned athlete-or wannabe. Use a Bosu balance trainer for lunges and squats while utilizing various resistance equipment to challenge the upper and lower body at the same an time!!
BOOMER & BEYOND STRENGTH
Strengthening, balancing, and stretching exercises will be introduced
to promote and improve quality of life for participants. Combat
osteoporosis with weight bearing activity and have a little fun!

SILVERSNEAKERS® Muscular Strength
& Range of Movement.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed
to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for
daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used
for seated and/or standing support.
TOTAL BODY SCULPT
Total conditioning, totally awesome! This class incorporates dumbbells, barbells, tubing, exercise balls, the step, you name it we use it. All major muscle groups are worked. We will incorporate movements from traditional weight training, functional training and core stability programs.
