JUST FOR SENIORS

Joint Effort:

Enjoy a one hour workout in a supportive liquid environment.  This class offers less impact on muscles and joints using a variety of techniques to increase flexibility, balance and strength, as well as cardio endurance.  Joint effort is fun, changing and challenging to all levels of fitness.

Senior Strength:

Strengthening and stretching exercises will be introduced to promote and improve quality of living.  A great class for mature adults and people new to group exercise.

Gentle Yoga :

This class is designed to increase flexibility, strength and relaxation using yoga like postures and traditional stretching exercises.  You will work up a sweat.  Modifications offered.  You will leave feeling strong, lengthened, relaxed and peaceful
