Heart Pacing
An excellent cardio workout based on your own heart rate. This is the only class where your workout can be measured by a heart rate monitor. Monitors may be purchased from NDAC. Arrive early and stay late to keep the calories burning and the heart pumping.

Spinning
Spinning is for everyone who enjoys a group workout and a motivating instructor. All terrain rides with flats, hills and sprints. We encourage participants to work at their own pace. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a full bottle of water. Arrive a few minutes early to set up your bike.

Senior Cycle
This is a 45 minute class designed for those who are new to cycling, want a shorter ride, or need more options to maintain their health and safety.  If you would like our instructor to work with you individually, please arrive early so we can help you get set for your workout.  Cycling is a  non-impact calorie burning activity which can be safe and effective for most everyone…plus its fun!

Please note: Space for these classes is limited.  To assure your spot we advise you to sign up in advance and arrive to class a little early to set up.
