Strengthening, balancing, and stretching exercises will be introduced
to promote and improve quality of life for participants. Combat
osteoporosis with weight bearing activity and have a little fun!

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed
to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for
daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used
for seated and/or standing support.

Total conditioning, totally awesome! This class incorporates dumb bells, barbells, tubing, exercise balls, the step, you name it we use it. All major muscle groups are worked. We will incorporate movements from traditional weight training, functional training and core stability programs.
